OMG!

I cant believe its been so long since I have been on this thing! Our computer broke and we haven't been able to get around to having it fixed yet. The kids are doing great. Aiden is getting so big! Honestly it feels like he is getting bigger and bigger by the day. He is still by no means a
big baby but he is growing so much faster then Ian did. Ian is starting to get big too! Everyday he surprises me by how much he can do on his own. He talks alot more these days and is able to put his words into short sentences. Ill have to catch up later and post some pics. Till then bye!

Shrimp and Grits

We took Ian and Aiden to the Shrimp and Grits festival this past weekend. I had been looking foward to taking them all week. We all had a really good time. Thank God it wasn't really hot and there was plenty of shade. The bubble guy was there and Ian seem to like that. Aiden slept through the whole thing. I have never had shrimp and grits before but it was pretty good. Anyways I posted some pics from the festival on here.

Well having two hasn't killed me as I thought it might. I can admit im tired and could use a extra few hours of sleep but all in all IM LOVING IT! I had forgotten how many extra loads of laundry a new baby could make. Ian is doing great with Aiden. He still just loving on him all the time and helping me out when he can. I will have to cut this short..Aiden's up..bottle time

AIDEN COLE CARTER AUGUST 13 2009 7LB 1OZ 20 IN I can't believe he is here! This time everything went by so quickly I almost felt like I wasn't ready. Being able to hold him and look at him makes everything worth it. He is doing great! He needed a little help with breathing when he was born but nothing major and he got to stay in Brunswick. Ian absolutely adores him! He looks for him when he wakes up in the morning and kisses him goodnight. Its so cute! He gives him tons of kisses during the day and tells him "I love you!" With any luck this one will be just like Ian...Lol..that could be a good and bad thing.. I was going to load some pics on here today but Target messed up and gave me someone elses cd unless i had twins and forgot about it.. but thats isn't likely. I will post some pictures as soon as i can.

June 22

Wow I can't believe I haven't been on here since April. Oh well shows you how far good intentions go. Ian just had his second birthday party this past Saturday. He really seemed to have fun and everything went great. Im glad I decided to have his party because i was seriously considering skipping it this year..After all he is two.. He won't know ..right.. Seeing how much fun he had though I am glad we did it. I can't beleive he is about to turn two. The new baby is doing great. So far absolutely no complications. I go every other week to be on the safe side but seems like I am not going to have any problems with this one. I can't believe it's only a few weeks until we have this baby. So much to do... :( Like picking a name. Guess i can just call this one baby. We have a couple names picked out but not one we both agree on. I am going to load some pics from his birthday party on here if they every load on my computer..

April 16

Yea! Taxes are done so thats one less thing to bother with. We have been looking for names and of course we don't agree on any. Im sure we will find some eventually. Some of my personal favorites so far are CHIKESE, CHANGE, CHIKAFUS AND BUENAVENTURA! J/K. I hope people don't really bag their kids with names like those. Being a kid is hard enough could you imagine having to go through school with a name like Chikafus? I don't think I would ever speak to my parents or I would remember it when they are old and needing to go to a nursing home! Lol. Anyways got to put some easter pictures up here soon.

It's a BOY!

We found out yesterday that it's another boy! He looked great and so far no complications! We got some pics and a dvd made. Im going to try and put them up sometime this week. My cousin is staying with me this week so Ian is being well entertained and I can get some stuff done!

Trip

march 31

We came back from our trip to Atlanta. Needless to say we had a great time. My mom and everyone was really glad to see Ian. Ian had a blast with my mom's two dogs Buddy and Junior. Poor Buddy though Ian is so rough that Buddy spent most the time making sure he wasn't within arm's reach of Ian. Ian kept trying to ride him like a horse and chasing him around. We took a trip to Savannah this weekend with some friends. Ian was excited we went to the Harley shop and he got to sit on all those bikes. As far as he is concerned nothing could beat that. We went to lunch at Hooters next door. Could have been worse. Ian and Clayton spent most the time sitting on the floor by the table playing with each other so break downs were kept to a minimum. Well not much else has been going on lately. We are suppose to find out the sex of the baby next week...can't wait. I thought I really wanted a girl but the more i think about it I kind of want another boy too. Oh well guess i will see next week. there should be some new pics posted from our trip to Atlanta.

March 13

Lets see what all has happened since last time. Sam had a birthday! We were sitting around talking and couldn't believe that he was already 27! Ian had his first trip to the zoo. That was fun. He seemed to like the birds and anything in water the best. He didn't really seem to care for the larger animals. Partly i think because they were so far away. He did enjoy the train ride and the stingray exhibit. He got to put his hands in the pool with the sting ray's! He liked it until one came by his hand then he had enough of that. He still going to his playgroup every week. It seems to be getting better but he has his days where I think he would rather not have anything to do with it. We are going to Atlanta next week and I am really looking forward to that!! I'm also 16 weeks and 1 day preg! Everything seems to be doing fine. Had a small issue so the doctor wanted to do an ultrasound and make sure everything was good and it was. The lady asked me if I wanted to know the sex of the baby. Of course I didn't think I would find out until my next visit at 20 weeks so I was really excited. She looked and said the baby was in a good position to tell so now I'm even more excited. But all that excitement was short lived when she saw that the placenta was sitting right between my babies legs! God i hate waiting!

Feb. 25

I decided to start a blog because as most people know I am horrible with "keeping in touch". I figured this way I can still share with everyone whats going on and post pictures of Ian. It amazes me everyday to see how much my angel has grown and continues to grow. Most days I am proud to see how well he is coming along and I have to admit some days it makes me sad. The thought of my "baby" one day soon not being my "baby" anymore is well..depressing. It is fun though to see all the new things he is learning and all the new words he is speaking. This morning I was peeling an egg and he comes up to me points at my egg and says "whats that?" I never thought something as simple as my son asking me "whats that" could make me smile. So check back every now and then and hopefully I will keep updates on how we are doing and pictures!
